2025 Q1 Events Resourcing Proposal
Overview
This proposal requests funds for events in Q1 2025, per the Akash Events 2025 discussion on GitHub. Overclock Labs is requesting a total of $464,970 for two Tier-1 events in Q1 2025. The outline of items covered in for a Tier-1 event are listed below.
Tier 1 Event Outline
Total budget per Tier-1 event: $232,485
This is the largest event tier for Akash, and will include the following:
- Attendance for up to 7 core team and community members.
- The highest allocated budget for main event sponsorship. This includes multiple speaking opportunities and a custom 10’ x 20’ booth.
- An Akash-hosted side event to accommodate up to 300 guests.
