Fixes issue with feegrant enabled but not actually working due to uninitialized reference in Ante config.\n This enables accounts to grant fee allowances and to use fees from their accounts. Grantees can execute any transaction without the need to maintain sufficient fees.\n\n## Getting Prepared for the Upgrade\n\nUpgrade instructions will be available in upgrade docs.\nWe recommend validators utilize 64GB of RAM. Since there is no state migration in this upgrade, it is possible to get away with less, but still not recommended.\nIf you are unable to have 64GB of RAM, at a minimum have a total of 64GB of swap set to prevent out of memory errors.\nValidators and RPCs supervised by cosmovisor with DAEMON_ALLOW_DOWNLOAD_BINARIES=true will pick up upgrade binaries from upgrade info.\nPlease note upgrade info will be available 24-72h prior upgrade height.
