#Why A Governance Proposal?/n/nWe have a representative on the Akash Community Awards Board and have submitted funding proposals to the CAB. To avoid a conflict of interest, we pledged to not take money from the CAB (Proposal #16). Therefore we are submitting a governance proposal to let the community directly decide the value of our work. Validator operation (no commission has or will be sold in 2022). Public wallet tracker website for grant reception. Storage, licensing, manpower, and general infrastructure costs. Continued block monitoring and funds recovery. Governance Proposal analytics. Milestones: Month 1: Public wallet tracker website created and shared with community, continuous provider auditing and reports, aforementioned guides created and shared with community, block monitoring continuous, analytics continuous. Month 1-3: Validator tracker website created and shared with community. Month 1 sustainment. Validator audit program design begins. Month 4-6: Validator auditing program submitted to regulators and former validator auditing agencies. Timeline to execution dependent on this stage but will be implmeneted immediately following. We have weekly meetings with an Akash team representative, currently Alani Kuye, and will continue these to monitor our progress and hold us accountable./n/n#What Happens With The Grant/n/n100% of grant will be immediately staked to Moultrie Audits' validator. No amount of original grant will be sold in first three months. A wallet tracker website will be built to display the wallet and any actions that occur for full transparency. The receiving wallet is fresh so as to not obscure activity. No commission generated from the grant will be sold in 2022 (no commission at all will be sold in 2022). The USD amount we are requesting is ~$28,000 at the time of submission.
